SDAPHCC is proud to offer plumbing and HVAC apprentices the ability to obtain their training through an online e-Learning program.
PROGRAM FEATURES
This program is composed of two elements: On-The-Job Training and Education Instruction.
On-The-Job Training is supplied by the apprentice’s employer. Plumbing apprentices are required to complete 8,000 hours. HVAC apprentices are required to complete 6,000 hours.
The Educational Instruction consists of on-line courses paired with textbooks. The National PHCC Education Foundation supplies and manages the e-Learning instruction. Apprentices will work on the curriculum at their own pace. The material is divided into 4 sections and each section is to be completed within one year.
